The property comprises a substantial distribution warehouse extending to approximately 200,000 sq ft, located on a site of around 12 acres. The asset is fully let to STL Logistics and occupies a well-established industrial and logistics location within the Greater Belfast area.

The property was acquired by a private investor in an off-market transaction, reflecting continued confidence in the industrial and logistics sector across Northern Ireland. Demand for large-scale distribution assets remains strong, particularly within established locations that offer excellent transport connectivity and long-term tenant security.
